Prop 8 doesn't exist in Blueberry Meadows

That is relatively untrue, as gay MARRIAGE isn't allowed, but Civil Unions are.
As soon as they returned home, Dom and Jared lost no time in planning their dream wedding.

Jared Cummings gladly became Jared Chandler. The couple lives with Dom's parents, grandmother, and new baby brother (Monica moved out ASAP).

Love is in the air

Tessa and James got engaged like we knew they would. How cute.
Bex, on the other hand, has expressed her disdain for monogamy in various ways.

Way #1: Payton Go

Way #2: Prof. Cleve

Way #3: Angelo Stevens

Way #4: Terrance Stevens

Currently, Bex is unhappily engaged to Angelo Stevens. She's made out with a total of 5 Sims, though her new goal is 10. Terrance couldn't believe Bex had 3 other guys, even though he has two girlfriends himself. Wooo, hypocrisy.
Terrance HAD 11 best friends, more than halfway towards his goal of 20, but he no longer considers Angelo or Bex friends.
In other news, Terrance changed his major to Political Science.

It's a boys!!: The confusing nature of twins

Severin and Sierra were both Family Sims and wanted LOTS of kids (neither specified how many), so they bought a minivan.

Severin got a job in the Natural Scientist field in order to help with car payments and was promoted to Scatmaster.
Sierra's dream was to become a Captain Hero (like so many of the other Sims) and got a job as a Security Guard when she suddenly became pregnant.

She was shocked to find herself tired ALL the time, not to mention hungry, bored, and lonely. She almost died of hunger several times: pregnancy did not do well for her.
Finally, after giving birth to one adorable boy, she found she had been pregnant with TWINS! The two boys were named Remus and Romulus.

This is Remus. He looks exactly like his mommy.

This is Romulus. With his darker skin, heavy brow, and thick eyebrows, he's a dead ringer for both his dad, Severin, and grandpa, Ralph!

Jeannie Jorgen: the last of the original Jorgens

Severin was on a high from his recent wedding when the Grim Reaper decided to pay a little visit to his grandma.

Jeannie died in platinum aspiration and got a lovely urn for her time on earth.

Severin was devastated (Sierra could've cared less). He moved his grandma's grave to Blueberry Meadows cemetery so she could rest with her husband, Ralph.

Severin and Sierra tie the knot

Here are pictures from Severin and Sierra's long-awaited wedding

Bex toasts to her big brother's happiness.

Jeannie pees her pants after too much champagne.

The ceremony itself.

Sierra Wilkie is now officially Sierra Jorgen.

Sierra lovingly shoves cake into her new husband's mouth.

The new collegiates

I don't know if that's the proper word. But here they are.

Terrance Stevens, undeclared major.

Angelo Stevens, Literature major.

Tessa Jorgen, undeclared major.

Sheila Cummings, Political Science major.

Bex Jorgen, Drama major.

James Stevens, Biology major.

It's nice to know he has a supportive network

"Hey, Jason, I heard you got laid. Nice job!"

Graduates!!

The first group of College Sims has graduated! They're now ready to get jobs and move on with their lives (and/or move back in their parents? More on that later).
But here they are. All graduated Summa Cum Laude and all 6 of them are already engaged!

The Cummings remain rather unexciting

Allen was promoted to Intern and Sheila got an A+ in school. Allen also hired a nanny to take care of his daughter. The nanny lasted about one day.
To Sheila's delight, there was a now day, and she got to spend some time with her new hired friend.

Sheila's birthday finally came and she invited her brothers and Jared's fiancee Dominic to party with her and Allen.

She grew up well, choosing the Popularity aspiration, and deciding to become a general when she got older.

The best part of her birthday, however, was shared with her best friend and new boyfriend Terrance Stevens.

Jason and Elle

Up until now, Jason had been stolidly single.
When Elle Ebadi walked past his dorm in the springtime, he decided to take a chance.

Elle was a Knowledge Sim, but she and Jason got along really well. Though it was shallow, he knew that they would one day have beautiful babies.

Dressed to impress, Jason managed to convince Elle to go on a date with him.

The two continued to see each other during the spring. Hormones were high and the two eventually "fell in love".

There was a rather suspicious incident when an employee at Cold Issue Clothing thought she saw Elle sneaking into Jason's changing stall.

Elle insisted it was to give Jason "fashion advice".
Either way, Jason was impressed.
The two plan to marry ASAP.

Severin takes it to the next level

Severin, as you can see, has been VERY busy lately. He and Sierra are still going strong and can't wait for school to be over so they can have more of this....

Nothing much to report

It seems sad that I haven't posted in 3 weeks, and there's still not much to say.
The Stevens family has met with a few changes, though.

Little Mayzie finally learned to talk and celebrated her birthday in the platinum aspiration.

Tom was promoted to Field Researcher and celebrated by using his impressive cooking skills to make Baked Alaska for the entire family.
Terrance and Angelo were both awarded a SimCity Scholars Grant and will be attending college, along with their brother James, very soon.

Bridget gave birth to her sixth child, a healthy baby boy named Barack, after the new president. Now Bridget is on her way to achieving her life goal (marrying off six children).

Miranda takes the plunge

After finishing freshman year, Miranda realized she wanted to be with Alex for the rest of her life, and if she didn't propose now, someone else would.
(That was completely untrue, but hormones affect logic.)
She pulled a diamond ring out of thin air and proposed to Alex.

He said no, as you can obviously tell from the picture.

Just kidding. How many of you were actually convinced he'd said no?

All affairs aside...

Besides bringing a new life into the world, Phoebe got a job as an EMT at the local hospital (where Allen Cummings also works).
Cynthia joined the garden club, but got bad reviews after her first inspection.
Edison was promoted to Bank Robber, and he and Cynthia ended the affair and are now devoted to baby Nikola.

Nikola Chandler

As winter carried on, Phoebe got bigger...

...and bigger...

...until she was about ready to explode.

The baby was a boy, named Nikola, after the famous inventor, by his father.
Despite the fact that his father had been having an illicit affair at the time of his wife's pregnancy and hadn't paid any attention to her at all, he got to name the baby.
Hurray for male-dominated culture.
Awwww, he looks just like mommy....

Here Nikola is barfing on his crappy father. Good boy!
