NOT AGAIN!!

Angelo and Sheila loved making money, but they tired of promotions and night shifts. They wanted a BABY.

The minute Sheila knew she was pregnant, she proceeded to have the WORST PREGNANCY EVER, a title previously held by Sierra Jorgen. In fact, the two pregnancies were so similar, the signs so obvious, I should have noticed...oh well.

Anyway, on delivery day, Sheila was starving, exhausted, smelled like a drain pipe, and had to pee like the Dickens. Not a happy situation.
Thanks to a little thing called "cheating", however, she felt fine as could be. Well, except for the 10-centimeter opening in her...yeah.

In what seemed like no time, Sheila was holding baby Ferdinand in her arms. He was so darling, what with his little red eyebrows, and...hang on.

It turns out Sheila hadn't quite FINISHED. Out popped ANOTHER baby, still red-headed and looking very much like her daddy.
When asked to think of a second name, Sheila squealed, "Omg, how 'bout Bella!?!?" She ignored Angelo's cries of dismay. I know how he feels. Really, naming your baby after a TWILIGHT character. It hurts a little bit.

Weddings, pregnancy...you know the drill

Though disappointed at the thought of not marrying a rich Sim, Angelo was so happy when he married Sheila.

They ate cake. It was cute. The party was wonderful. Moving on.

Angelo was promoted to Dread Pirate, proving that he COULD find a uniform more ridiculous than the one he wore as a Relic Liberator. The following day he was promoted to Warhead Disarmer, but that fantastic costume has yet to be seen.

Sheila got a job as a Flight Officer and was very soon after promoted to Senior Officer, leaving wannabe Terrance in the dust.

When the couple wasn't busy working, either one of them could be found catching lightning bugs in their underwear.

Graduation day: The wait is over

It was a long 4 years, but these Sims lived to tell the tale.
Just to recap:
Bex is once again single, though she's slept with half the school.
Angelo is engaged to Sheila, his brother's boyfriend.
Terrance has a NEW girlfriend named Joanne Hurt and he's engaged to her.
James and Tessa have been engaged for 4 years and hope to be married soon.
All of them graduted Summa Cum Laude, but are moving back in with their parents. Way to be.

Let the drama unfold!

Let's start with good ol' Bex. Our athletic friend managed to make some more "friends" while at college.

Here's Bex admiring the tasty professor William.

And here she is playing tonsil hockey with her good pal Paul.
Things were going great with both men until Paul found his lover at the bowling alley with his drama professor. Oh, the horror!

Bex, however, was determined to have a lovely evening. It appears she succeeded.

While all of this was going on, Angelo remained oblivious. He was convinced his fiancee was as committed and faithful as he was (well, for the most part).
Then, one fine morning, he spotted the dozens of rose bouquets Paul had left for Bex.

Angelo ran inside to tell Bex the wedding was off. You would think, as a Romance Sim, she wouldn't mind an having an excuse not to commit for a lifetime.

Au contraire...

Now Angelo could do what he'd been longing to do since that fateful day in the cafeteria: propose to Sheila!

She said yes, and the couple hope to get married soon. One wonders how Terrance will take the news...
Terrance, it appears, hasn't been thinking much about Sheila lately. He got caught up in a whirlwind romance with a pretty redhead named Joanne. Perhaps it's the resemblance to his mom that he finds so attractive. But one night, after a very good date, he got carried away and proposed!

Rebound, much, Terrance? The bad news? She's a ROMANCE SIM, just like his former flame! Oddly enough, she was all for getting engaged. What? Maybe she's trying to turn over a new leaf. But who knows how long this relationship will last.

When cheating is justified

Things at University seem to be doing okay. The students are studying hard and getting good grades, but other than that, nothing interesting has happened.
...or has it?

It looks as though Bex has made herself a new friend. In fact, she has 5 lovers, and NONE OF THEM KNOW ABOUT EACH OTHER.
Well, except for Terrance and Angelo. But that's a different story.
Speaking of Angelo, one night at dinner, no one knows how, but Angelo and Sheila fell in love. All he did was throw a bit of food at her - hardly romantic!
Anyway, now Angelo wants to PROPOSE to Sheila. Never mind that he's already engaged to Bex. Oh, and just forget the fact that Sheila is dating his brother.
How will this turn out?

The new collegiates

I don't know if that's the proper word. But here they are.

Terrance Stevens, undeclared major.

Angelo Stevens, Literature major.

Tessa Jorgen, undeclared major.

Sheila Cummings, Political Science major.

Bex Jorgen, Drama major.

James Stevens, Biology major.

The Cummings remain rather unexciting

Allen was promoted to Intern and Sheila got an A+ in school. Allen also hired a nanny to take care of his daughter. The nanny lasted about one day.
To Sheila's delight, there was a now day, and she got to spend some time with her new hired friend.

Sheila's birthday finally came and she invited her brothers and Jared's fiancee Dominic to party with her and Allen.

She grew up well, choosing the Popularity aspiration, and deciding to become a general when she got older.

The best part of her birthday, however, was shared with her best friend and new boyfriend Terrance Stevens.

Cummings family update

Allen was eventually promoted to Nurse and one step closer to becoming Chief of Staff. He hasn't talked to Pheobe in a while, but that won't stop him, probably.
He's now bringing home 476 Simoleons a day, but with the twins going off to University soon, it's almost like he won't be needing it.

Jared's internal conflict was resolved when he finally asked Dominic out. The two ended up falling in love and are now going steady. Both of their families are fully supportive.

Jared got an A+ and the SimCity Scholar Grant, but didn't get promoted in his job as a Security Guard.
Jason didn't have his brothers luck with grades, but did get promoted to the top of the Culinary career track as a Fast Food Manager. He received the Young Entrepreneurs Scholarship.

Nothing much happened with Sheila, though she is quite adept at catching butterflies now.

As we finish off the first rotation, we'll send some young sims off to college and start over again with the Jorgens.

Sheila's a big girl now

Sheila's toddler years went by fast. She was potty-trained by Allen...

...taught to walk by Jared and Jason (Jason finished the deed)...

...and potty-trained by a reluctant Allen.

Finally, it was time for Sheila to grow into a child.

Jared was not impressed by her choice of guests.

The Cummings boys, who believed strongly in traditional roles (another reason why Jane left), were happy to have a girl around now to clean the house.

The day after Sheila's birthday didn't go so well, though. Both she and Jared missed a day of school due to a bad cold and Sheila started out with a D on her report card.
After she got better, though, she managed to finish her schoolwork and now has a B+.

Meet the Cummings family

Allen Cummings, his wife Jane, and their twin sons Jared and Jason had been living contentedly in Riverblossom Hills for quite some time when Jane found out something shocking: she was pregnant again.
This, of course, should not have been a shocking thing. Allen and Jane were intimate much of the time.
But Allen had had a vasectomy after the birth of the twins.
Filled with shame, Jane left shortly after giving birth to a daughter, Sheila. Allen was heartbroken, but knew his children were depending on him.
After struggling to support his family through various odd jobs, Allen was finally promised a successful career in the Medicine track by a good friend. The only catch: the Cummings family would have to move to Blueberry Meadows.

Allen was a Knowledge Aquarius who'd finally gotten his dream job: working as an Emergency Room Tech in the local hospital. His life time goal was to some day be promoted to Chief of Staff. Though it had been several years after Jane's departure, he hadn't been on a single date. He had his eye on his neighbor Pheobe Chandler, who was also a Knowledge Sim in the Medical Career, but she was married.

Twins Jason and Jared didn't have much in common besides looks and aspirations (both were Popularity Sims). Jared was a Leo who wanted to become a celebrity chef. Jason was an Aquarius, like his dad, and wanted to be a Captain Hero. Another difference between the two was their sexuality: Jared wasn't "gay", but he had kissed Dominic Chandler.... Both teens had gotten jobs in their desired career tracks to help out their dad.

Sheila was the spitting image of her mom, Jane, but her dad didn't seem to mind. She was a very well-adjusted Cancer who learned new skills rapidly.

Ralph Jorgen, who knew EVERYONE in the neighborhood, quickly introduced himself to Allen. He invited his family to spend time with their new neighbor, but it ended up just being him and Allen...alone...by themselves.
Luckily, the meal was far from romantic.
